The word depression derived from Latin verb Deprimere ‘to press down’. The lack of                 expression of feelings develops depression .the feeling of loneliness, disappointment, and unlikeness or some loss creates mental illness like schizophrenia, hallucination, illusion and bipolar or  personality disorders are included that represents depression.Depression According WHO is common mental disorder that presets with depressed mode, agitation feeling of guilt lack of expression and loss of pleasure in life .Poor concentration, low energy and insomnia.

Major depressive disorder: Long episode of low moods or extending episodes of distress.
  1.          Atypical depression: Dysthymic disorder that involves several specific symptoms increase appetite or weight gain.
  2.          Melancholic depression: Major depressive disorder complete loss of happiness and long episodes of sadness.
  3.          Seasonal effective disorder :It is mood disorder that affecting a people who have normal mental health throughout most of the year mostly it relate with winter season .

Psychotic disorder: it’s transmitting genetically to first generation by genetically order .for example schizophrenia, anxiety, loss of memory etc.

Genetic cause: Schizophrenia, Autism and Syndrome, Hysteria or some mental disease that transmits through genetically.
 Environmental factors: The situational and circumstances of that area affect the mind.
Biochemical factors: A deficiency of neurotransmitters in certain areas of the brain.

The priorities in between the families destruct the mental ability of a kid or women ,men .The race of money and lust forgotten the humanity it cause Inferiority complex .The differences ‘among parents  never brought  up the child with satisfied mental health their differences never shape a confident child in society to deal with .Lack of attention  is the base of criminal behaviors that an adult can adopt or doing for the sake of attention gaining or just doing for adventure but after some time it’s change in habit and make an annoying person to a certified criminal .The suicidal thoughts and want to committing suicide associated with disappointment in fulfilling the desires or defeat in love. All these circumstances are harsh and heart wrenching most of the time in our society female facing many problems and brutality of life. According to WHO the ratio of females from suffering depression is twice more than from men’s.We admit the harshness of life circumstances and hard time of life .So, why we lose hope and how we motivate ourselves to overcome the mental stress and spend a healthy life and shape healthy mind around us.
