Dr Zulfiqar Ali Kango is a Expert clinician with more than  30 years of experience in dealing with complicated cases of internal medicine. His area of specialization is Cardiology and  Endocrinology with related Diabetes Obesity and Autoimmune disorders.

He was born in 1965. After  MBBS in 1988 from (RMC) Rawalpindi Medical College Rawalpindi. he completed his Internship & Residency at PIMS Islamabad JPMC Karachi. He proceeded for training in Cardiology at Hammersmith Hospital London and National Heart and Lung Institute (NHLI) London in 1991.After he joined Pakistan Army Medical Corps. He completed 4 years residency in interventional Cardiology at AFIC (Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology) and 5 years training in Internal Medicine at Different Military Hospitals . He was awarded fellowship Degree (FCPS) by college of Physicians and surgeons of Pakistan.
He also acquired postgraduate diploma in cardiology from Royal Postgraduate Medical School & University of London. He holds MCPS from Pakistan. He is also an academician with vast experience at postgraduate and undergraduate level. He is Associate Professor in Internal Medicine and remained actively involved in teaching MBBS and FCPS students. He is CPSP registered coordinator for FCPS in internal Medicine.

His FCPS trained Student fellows are working all over Pakistan and outside Pakistan. He has served in Pakistan Army Medical Corps.He has presented multiple Research  papers and won awards in conferences. He has multiple research publications to his credit. He is member of review boards and  editorial boards of various Peer Reviewed Medical Journals. He holds  membership of American Diabetic Association  & American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.pediatric cardiologist in Islamabad
