The test can analyse fringe neuropathies radiculopathies and central nerve pressure, for example Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Ulnar Neuropathy. The motivation behind the test is to assess the electric reaction of the nerve and decide whether the nerve drive is leading ordinarily, at a moderate speed or not transmitting by any stretch of the imagination, recommending harm to the nerve. * Peripheral neuropathy alludes to any condition that influences the typical movement of the nerves of the fringe sensory system. In this procedure, a small electric pulse is delivered at one point of the nerve and the signal/response is recorded at another point. The nerves are stimulated at various locations depending on your symptoms.
Preparations for NCS test:
The skin should not be oiled.
Do not wear rings and bangles.
How much Time Required For NCS Test
