Dr. Ghazala Mehmood is professor and Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology Fazaia Medical College and Air University Islamabad Pakistan.She has more than 40 Years Experience in Gynecology Field in Different Hospitals Of Pakistan.She is also Consultant / Visiting Surgeon Pakistan Air Force(PAF) Hospital Islamabad Pakistan .Doctor Ghazala Mehmood graduated in 1976 From PB and obtained a Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (UK) of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Dublin) in 1999.Awards Achievement: Prof. Ghazal Mahmud has been awarded Mohtrama Jinnah Gold Medal in Recognition of health services Rendered for women health in August-2005. She established a Hospital and Medical College with Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Fazaia Medical College and Air University Islamabad .She has previously worked as a teaching fellow at the Oxford University United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
She became Dean at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in 2008 and Dean at the Faculty of Medicine at Quaid e Azam University Islamabad.She is retired from Maternal & Child Health Care Center (MCH Pims) as Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology . She has Experience of More than 40 years and Dr Ghazala Mehmood clinic Islamabad is located G8 Markaz.
